David Caulk

David Caulk is a life-long resident of Rockford, Illinois. He attended Creighton University where he obtained an undergraduate Bachelor of Arts degree in history. He graduated from Creighton University Law School in 1980 and is licensed to practice in the state of Illinois.
David was an Assistant State’s Attorney in Winnebago County from 1980-1985. Since then he has been engaged in the private practice of law first as an associated of Sreenan & Cain, P.C. and later as a sole practitioner. He joined Canfield, McKenna & Lawson in February of 2012. His areas of practice include criminal law, traffic and DUI cases, family law (divorce lawyer in Rockford), wills & trusts, real estate, probate and civil litigation. He is also a certified mediator.
In addition to being an attorney, David has taught law-related courses for Cardinal Stritch College and is presently an Adjunct Instructor at both Rockford Career College and Upper Iowa University.
